This plugin for WordPress gives you the ability to export the URL's for all your blogs posts in Excel format.
You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the address below:

LinkGather
Once you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.
How To
A new link on the options side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Clicking on the Home offering, this will take you to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.
Post Links
Click the Post Links title to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.
Underneath the URL table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.
You then also have the ability to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets design.
Page Links
The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's
The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same procedure as those above, however, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our read more plugin to be able to get those links.
If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
